Pavilion Rental Information

Pavilion is for use by members in good standing only (dues current).  Members may not reserve the pavilion for others.  Member must be in attendance at the event at all times.  Renting the pavilion gives you exclusive use for the day.  There are overhead string lights, however, you must provide a long extension cord to reach the power supply on the utility pole by the gate.

Rental Fee:

​

$400 Peak Season (Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Tuesday after Labor Day Weekend).  One (1) Day Limit per member during Peak Season any day of the week.

​

$200 Off Season - per Day with No Limit any day of the week.

​

All rentals start at 12:01 AM and end at 11:59 PM.

​

In addition to the rental fee, a $200 Security Deposit is required.  Full payment is due when the reservation is made.  Refunds for Security Deposit (less any charges) will be applied to the credit card on file.

Rules and Instructions

​

Please be respectful of the residential neighborhood.

​

The OAKS POA assumes no liability for loss, damage, accidents, or injury to persons or property.  All persons using this facility do so at their own risk.

​

Member is responsible for the conduct of their guests.  Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times.

​

Remove all decorations and any signs you post at the end of your event.  If you tape/fasten decorations you must remove all tape/fasteners.

​

Absolutely No open fires, BBQ grills, fireworks, sparklers, or ignition sources of any kind under the pavilion.  Smoking is not recommended as receptacles are not provided for proper disposal.

​

All messes must be picked up, swept, and/or mopped as appropriate.  No confetti, silly string, or other similar items.  Restrooms must be left tidy.

​

All trash must be properly disposed.  Do not leave trash that exceeds the container capacity.

​

Charges for damages, missing items, or cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.  Charges that exceed the security deposit will be debited to the card on file.

To reserve, click on the Pavilion Rental tab on the Oaks POA website, select an available date, and follow the prompts to complete you reservation.
